Refunds Policy

CHANGE OF MIND
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a change (such as size or variant), please contact us within 12 hours at:

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must:
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable
  • If your return is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shopet Connection accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item or size, please return your product and place a new order after the return is approved.
